Organizing an event in support of Rise is a great way for you, your family, friends and colleagues to help us provide training, resources, mentorship and low interest microloans to individuals across the country and have a good time while doing so.

Need some inspiration? Here are a few ideas to get you started:

• Tournaments
• Workplace: jeans day, corporate matching, payroll deductions, staff events
• Community events: Bake sale, garage sale, car wash
• Gala or fashion show
• Special Occasions; birthdays, weddings, dinners or BBQ, ask your guests to make donations in lieu of gifts
• Auction or 50/50 draw
• Game nights
