Harriet Goodman

Harriet is a seasoned retail executive with more than 30 years of experience. She spent 25 years as a leader on the Buying Team at Harry Rosen Menswear and ran the retail division at Luxury Men’s Apparel Group, with operations in Canada and the US. Her experience encompasses financial planning, inventory management and marketing, and she maintains strong industry relationships today.

Harriet has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. She completed the ICD course for not-for-profit organizations and received her designation from the ESG Competent Board Program. Passionate about giving back, Harriet is a committed board director. In addition to the Rise Board of Directors, she serves on the Dress for Success Toronto board as Former Chair and current Fundraising Chair.
